SITE SoCal Presents a 2020 Industry Case Study & How to Arrive at Happy in 2021

Join Site SoCal for our final Education series event of the year. We will first take a deep dive with local industry experts and hear their case studies (and SUCCESS stories) of how they dealt with the 2020 pandemic fallout. Then, we’ll hear an inspiring keynote message from Certified Chief Happiness Officer Tia Graham on how to get us into 2021 with a positive outlook and happiness mindset.

Tia Graham is an Inspirationist and the Founder of Arrive At Happy, the first-ever Los Angeles-based company with a mission of inspiring transformation through the science of happiness.

Tia partners with organizations and individuals to increase their daily happiness and, in turn, increase success in all areas of their lives. She has a Certificate in Happiness Studies and a Certificate in Teaching Happiness from Harvard’s Tal Ben-Shahar and The Happiness Studies Academy. Tia is a Certified Chief Happiness Officer from Woohoo Inc., Europe’s premier Happiness At Work organization and is a speaker and coach at the annual World Happiness Summit. Relying on science-backed empirical data, she has gained the insight needed to prove and teach that happiness indeed leads to success.

With a passion for travel, luxury hospitality, and culture, Tia has successfully led sales, marketing and public relations efforts at unique hotels in destinations around the world including Istanbul, Honolulu, Kauai, New York and Los Angeles. Tia is a master motivator, executor, communicator, recruiter and business development professional. She has mentored, coached, and promoted sales professionals for more than fourteen years. She is a Board Member of the National Speakers Association Los Angeles Chapter. Tia is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Travel Industry Management from The University of Hawaii.
