Registration

As in past years, sales and registration will be offered in two phases. We will be emailing you additional reminders prior to that date that will include the registration link which will also be available by going directly to our website.

  • Phase 1 (Sales for SITE SoCal Members Only) – Registration to purchase an Experience Package, Duo Package, Sponsor Showcase, SITE SoCal Holiday Golf Classic and SPArty admissions will go live at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 13th.
  • Phase 2 (General Registration) – General registration for all attendees opens at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 1st. All guests who purchased the Experience Package or Duo Package are required to register, along with your guest(s). Additional opportunities to purchase Golf and SPArty experiences will also be available.

Requirements

Please remember that you must be a current SITE SoCal member to purchase an Experience Package or Duo Package. One package per membership limit. Membership number required at the time of purchase. If you are not sure of your membership number, please contact to avoid any issues once registration goes live.

Accommodations

JW Marriott Desert Springs Palm DesertOur host, JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa will have accommodations available only for the hosted buyers and a limited number of suppliers/vendors. Once registered, a link for reservations will be emailed to you.

Planner Reservations

Reservations will be made through Phase 2 registration for December 12-14; additional nights can be requested during registration, however will be paid on own and are subject to availability.

Suppliers/Vendors

SITE SoCal has negotiated a discounted rate of $249.00++ for December 12 - 14. These rooms will be on a first come, first serve basis, and may sell out. Secure your room.

In Conjunction with (ICW) Events

Our goal as SITE SoCal members is to support our focus of giving back. If you are attending our event, we will now require approval for any ICW events that are in conjunction with our SITE SoCal Holiday Event such as hospitality suites, large group events, etc. Our sponsors are our lifeline to the continued success of the SITE SoCal Holiday Event, and we want to ensure they get the exposure that they paid for as well as our charities. Should you wish to host an ICW during the event, a donation is required in good faith to SITE SoCal based upon your ICW budget. Our recommendation is ~ 10% of your ICW budget. Events, time and location to be approved with SITE SoCal Board of Directors. Please direct all ICW questions to our VP of Sponsorship, Jackie Ash at .

Now more than ever, we need to support each other and our industry. Due to the impact COVID has had on our industry, we have shifted away from local grassroots charities this year to honor our own Hospitality Heroes.

Qualifications:

  • Applications will be accepted from hospitality industry employers
  • Nominees must be front-line/non-managerial workers
  • Restaurant workers do not qualify
  • The person submitting the application must hold a senior management position with the employer
  • Each employer may submit one application per year - applications are valid for one year
  • The nominee must have completed a minimum of 2 years of employment with the employer
  • Part time or hourly employees are eligible
  • Both employer and winner agree to publicity, including photos, interviews, and social media posts
