Hosted Planners & Buyers

Phase 2 Event Registration
Event Registration for all attendees is now open. As a reminder, four of your guests must be qualified planners if you purchased an Experience Package, or one guest must be a qualified planner if you purchased a Duo Package. All guests who purchased the Experience Package or Duo Package are required to register in Phase 2, along with your guest(s) and yourself. Guestrooms will be provided complimentary to your planner guest(s) during Event Registration.
Donation Items
All Experience Package or Duo Package hosts, must donate the below:
Experience Package - Donation of Two (2) Valued at a minimum of $1000.00 Each (If hotel donation, 2 night minimum for each)
Duo Package - Donation of One (1) Item Valued at a minimum of $1000.00 Each, (If hotel donation, 2 night minimum for each)

Planner Reservations
Reservations will be made starting September 30, through Phase 2 Event Registration for December 13-15; additional nights can be reserved on own, and are subject to availability.
Suppliers/Vendors
Omni Las Costa Resort & Spa has a discounted $295.00 rate for our suppliers who purchased an Experience Package or Duo Package, with a waived Resort Fee. The link and phone number to call for Supplier reservations will be included in your confirmation email.
These rooms will be on a first come, first serve basis, and will sell out.
In Conjunction With (ICW) Events
Our goal as SITE SoCal members is to support our focus of giving back. If you are attending our event, we will now require approval for any events that are in conjunction with our SITE SoCal Holiday Event such as hospitality suites, large group events, etc. Our sponsors are our lifeline to the continued success of the SITE SoCal Holiday Event, and we want to ensure they receive the exposure that they paid for as well as our charities.
Should you wish to host an ICW during the event, a donation is required in good faith to SITE SoCal based upon your ICW budget. Our recommendation is about 10% of your ICW budget. Events, time and location to be approved with SITE SoCal Board of Directors. Please direct all ICW questions to our President, Shahab Abbas at Shahab.Abbas@accor.com.

The Animal Pad
Animal Pad’s mission is to form a safe space for dogs experiencing crisis and neglect, and to build a community of compassion through education, rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption.
Our community of volunteers and fosters strives to ensure that all dogs get a fighting chance and believes that no case is too extreme to be helped, meaning our rescue is full of perfectly imperfect dogs who can’t wait to meet you.
Live Like Jojo
The Live Like JoJo Foundation’s vision is that every child, regardless of healthcare challenges, be given the opportunity to experience joy-filled, meaningful experiences with their families. The mission of the Live Like JoJo Foundation is to infuse joy and inspire hope in the lives of children and families impacted by chronic healthcare challenges in Southern California through activities, advocacy, and support.
Live Like Jojo provides a community to those children and families facing rare conditions with poor prognosis, impacted by chronic healthcare challenges. The foundation supports families at each and every step of the chronic healthcare journey, from diagnosis to clinic days, hospitalizations, and at end of life; celebrating and protecting moments all along the way.
Serving Advantage
Serving Advantage is a youth-led charitable organization founded in 2020 by three youth tennis players, inspired by the bond co-founder Jacob Eusebio formed with his autistic brother, Evan, on the tennis court. The organization provides year-round adaptive tennis programming for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), fostering inclusion and understanding between neurodivergent and neurotypical communities.
Serving over 125 adaptive athletes with the support of more than 215 middle and high school volunteers, Serving Advantage ensures consistent access to sports and opportunities for social interaction for individuals with IDD. Through its clinics and camps, the organization creates natural social settings where neurotypical youth tennis players connect with individuals and families in the IDD community, building long-lasting friendships that extend beyond the court corners of the tennis court.
Recognized with the 2021 ESPN Sports Humanitarian Award by Billie Jean King, Serving Advantage continues to expand, partnering with multiple cities to bridge communities and promote a more inclusive society through the sport of tennis.
