Join us for an unforgettable evening at Vea Newport Beach, a chic, coastal sanctuary in the heart of Southern California. You will enjoy a beautiful dinner where we will install our new board, celebrate our aspirations for 2025, hear updates from our charity partners, and celebrate why Relationships Matter as we kick off 2025. You’ll be sure to leave energized and ready to take on the year ahead!

On Friday, you won’t want to miss the special experience designed by Visit Newport for overnight guests of Vea Newport Beach. Planners - please apply to be a hosted buyer to enjoy this experience. Suppliers - we have a special rate available to you for the hotel so you can enjoy the morning activities as well.

Hosted Buyers

Thank you for your interest in applying to be a Hosted Buyer. Please complete the Hosted Buyer application to submit your interest in attending. Please note, should you be approved as a Hosted Buyer, you will be required to stay for the entire duration of the event. All approved applicants will be notified closer to the event date.

Planner hotel room rate: $199+
Comp for accepted hosted planners. Please apply as a Hosted Buyer. Or should you wish to secure your reservation on own at the group rate, please contact events@sitesocal.com

Supplier hotel room rate: $339+
A limited number of discounted rooms are available for suppliers. Book your room.

* Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15%) CA Tourism $1.60 in effect at the time of check-out.
* Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee of $25.00 per room per night.
